The Bowlin Family: Becca (Keeps us all in order),

Averie (3-comedic relief of the family), Tayt (1-picks on his

sisters), Cail (4-second in command), Josh (Asst. Area

Director and Principal of the Mt. Hagen Bible College).

November marks 8 years that

Becca and I have been serving

with Global Partners. We

have been extremely blessed to have

you on our team whether you have

been supporting us for eight years or

for eight days, you are vital part of the

ministry in the Pacific! Thank You!

Our prayer and anticipation is to leave

toward the beginning of October.

Upon arrival, we will hit the ground

running with cultural learning,

language study, and teaching classes at

the Bible College. We will also be

blessed with the opportunity to be on

ground with Randy & Linda Freeman

as well as fellow Aussie Missionaries

the Floyds. Freemans will be for a

limited time only and the Floyds will

be heading out for home ministries in

December, it is essential to be on

ground with them as long as possible.

September marks an incredible month

of ministry in PNG as the nation

celebrates 50 years of God’s

proclaiming

truth that has

completely

changed a

nation. May

God continue to

bless the

ministries of

PNG!

Cail Grayce is now 4 years old, Averie

Mae is 3, and Tayt Jebadiah just turned

1! The girls are both in pre-school this

year and will be home schooled once in

PNG.

reading this has got me thinking. what if i always pray for safety and things to run smoothly. i could just sail through life with my little bubble all in tacked, no troubles, no pins to pop it. smooth roads, wide and easy to drive on. no scary turns im not anticipating up ahead. just well lit easy to find with my gps, no issue travel through this life. but then im challenged by this....


"Don't look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don't fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do. The way to life—to God!—is vigorous and requires total attention.

"Knowing the correct password—saying 'Master, Master,' for instance— isn't going to get you anywhere with me. What is required is serious obedience—doing what my Father wills. I can see it now—at the Final Judgment thousands strutting up to me and saying, 'Master, we preached the Message, we bashed the demons, our God-sponsored projects had everyone talking.' And do you know what I am going to say? 'You missed the boat. All you did was use me to make yourselves important. You don't impress me one bit. You're out of here.'

just finished this book...well im finishing it now.....read it over the summer....he has lots of videos on youtube as well....it has really got me thinking and inspired to draw closer to God, press into Him, hunger for Him like my favorite food, long for Him like a friend....good stuff!!!

sorry i have been so absent. life has been as life alwasy is crazy and uncertain and blogging has been at the bottom of the much too long list everyday. God is good though and for now i have a few pictures to show you of our family. take this as a little peek into our life and my ministry for now. more to come soon about where we are and what josh is doing..........
